Parul is the Founder and Principal of Thoth Advisory. She is a disputes and international arbitration lawyer and strategic advisor with experience in high-stakes commercial disputes, investor-state treaty arbitration, national security advisory, and cross-border counsel.

Her practice spans complex international mandates, from advising on geopolitical risk and treaty arbitration to guiding startups and emerging businesses on contracts, investment structuring, and funding transactions.

Parul holds an LL.M. from Georgetown University Law Center, where she specialized in international law, and a B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) from the National Law School of India University, Bangalore.
